What we specialize



While we don’t offer gaming and 3D animation as a client service, we actively develop our own immersive, AI-driven game projects. From time to time, we invite part-time collaborators and testers to provide feedback, ensuring our games deliver engaging experiences and meet the highest creative and technical standards.

Concept & Planning

  • Develop the game’s core idea, storyline, and objectives
  • Define target audience and platform (PC, console, mobile, VR, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create a Game Design Document (GDD) outlining mechanics, features, and scope



Pre-Production

  • Build a concept art library for characters, environments, and UI elements
  • Select game engine (Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.)
  • Outline level design and gameplay flow
  • Create prototypes to test core mechanics

Production

  • 3D Modeling & Animation — characters, environments, props, and visual effects
  • Programming & Scripting — implement mechanics, AI, UI, and interactions
  • Sound Design — music, voice acting, and sound effects
  • Lighting & Rendering — setting mood and realism in scenes
  • Optimization — ensure smooth performance across devices


Testing & QA

  • Internal playtesting to identify bugs and balance issues
  • User testing with targeted players for feedback
  • Refine based on UX/UI improvements
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure stability


Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Build pre-launch hype through teasers, trailers, and social media
  • Set up a community platform (Discord, forums, etc.)
  • Run beta access programs for early testers
  • Collaborate with influencers and reviewers

Launch

  • Upload to selected distribution platforms (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation Store, etc.)
  • Ensure regional localization if targeting global markets
  • Prepare press kits and launch announcements
  • Coordinate with customer support teams


Post-Launch

  • Release patches and updates to fix bugs and add features
  • Monitor player feedback and reviews
  • Develop DLCs or expansions to extend game life
  • Maintain ongoing community engagement
